Investigation, design, and construction administration for replacement of entire exterior brick and block walls due to failure of existing facade. At the time of the project, this existing building was the only Kentucky state-owned AIA award winning structure. Other structural modifications included repairs to existing pedestrian bridge and exterior concrete beam.
